Alpine village in Switzerland under snow at dusk, lit houses and mountains behind.

    Ground we know

    Alps & Riviera.
    Two seasons. One standard.

    Courchevel, Gstaad, Saint-Tropez, Monaco.
This is not a list of resorts.
It is a house found, a table booked, and everything that must be settled before you arrive.

    Français

Here, everything already exists. What is missing is the place.
A chalet in February is decided in September.
A table in August is decided in May.
We get there before you do.

A private traveller, a business, a travel house: the brief changes. The method does not.

Wooden chalet in Kitzbühel, in the Austrian Alps, in full sun, surrounded by snow facing the peaks.

    Private

    A chalet, a villa. Not a catalogue.

A family, a group of friends, a couple.

Courchevel, Megève or Gstaad in winter. Saint-Tropez, the Cap or Monaco in summer.

The house chosen for its access, its quiet, its staff.

Instructor, chef, driver, nanny: settled before you arrive.

Not three resorts in one week. Not the house seen only in photos.

Restaurant terrace above the sea in Nice, tables under parasols on the cliff edge.

    Business

A place that impresses without distracting.

A board, a committee, clients to host.

A whole chalet or a discreet hotel.

Monaco for a day. The mountains for three.

Work in the morning. The slopes or the sea in the afternoon.

One contact in Geneva. The ground held on site.

    Talk about your project ›
Aerial view of Cap d'Antibes, pine woods and the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc on the Mediterranean.

    Travel house

    Your clients come to us.

    Your brand in front. Always.

    You keep the relationship.

We are in Geneva, an hour from the resorts. On site, a concierge partner in Saint-Tropez and Courchevel.

One contact, in French or in English.

We prescribe, or we decline, before we promise.

    Send a brief ›

    One possible stay.

Not an offer. A pace to picture yourself in.

A week in February. Chalet in Courchevel, slopes at the door.

Private instructor in the morning. A table booked for dinner, not the terrace everyone photographs.

One day without skiing, on purpose, for the children.

From Geneva by car. Helicopter if the timing demands it.

Panorama of the peaks around Argentière, in the Mont-Blanc massif, under a blue sky.

    When to decide.

Here, the right place always exists. The only question is whether it is still free. This is what we see every year.

    February weeks, Courchevel, Gstaad, Megève

    Decided in September

Ski-in chalets go first. Swiss and French school holiday weeks go even earlier.

Christmas and New Year in the resorts

    Decided in June

Staffed houses are often rebooked from one year to the next. You have to be there when one frees up.

July and August, Saint-Tropez, the Cap, Monaco

    Decided in March

Staffed villas and dinner tables close in spring. The boat for the day can be settled later.

    Monaco Grand Prix, late May

    Decided in January

A weekend, not a week. Rooms with a view of the circuit are decided in winter.

Off season: January after the holidays, March, June, September

    Decided a few weeks ahead

Often the best time. The same houses, fewer people, more choice.

If the date is already close, tell us anyway. We know what frees up and what never does.

    Who this is for.

    Yes

One house, one resort, one week.

A family that wants to ski without organising anything.

A board that wants a place, not a conference centre.

A foreign agency whose clients come here and who wants a reliable hand on the ground.

    No

    Three resorts in one week.

    The house booked from photos.

The table everyone knows rather than the right one.

The price of a long-haul destination.

What we have seen on the ground.

A lone skier on a snowy slope at Merano 2000, in the Italian Alps.

    Ski-in, or shuttle?

In Courchevel, ski-in sometimes means ten minutes of shuttle with the children and the skis. We have walked from the door of every chalet we propose. When the shuttle cannot be avoided, we say so.

Table laid with a light cloth under a parasol, facing the sea. Location not specified by the photographer.

    Dinner in Saint-Tropez, properly.

The best known terraces are full at nine and loud at ten. We book the tables where people actually dine, at the hour they dine, often a few streets from the crowd.

Port of Monaco seen from above, yachts at the quays and buildings at the foot of the hills.

    Monaco in a day.

You do not necessarily sleep there. You have lunch, you stay for the late afternoon, then you go back to the Cap or to Saint-Paul. The Rock is better visited than lived in.

    What we can put together.
    No catalogue. From your brief.

    Private

One week, one house, one resort. Chalet or villa chosen for access and staff. Instructor, chef, driver settled before arrival. Winter in Courchevel or Gstaad, summer in Saint-Tropez or on the Cap.

    Business

Two to four days. A whole chalet or a discreet hotel for a board or for clients to host. Work in the morning, slopes or sea in the afternoon. A table at night, held. One single contact.

    Travel house

The same stay, under your name. You keep the client. We hold the arrival in Geneva, the house, the staff, the tables, the unexpected, with our partner on site. One file, one answer, one decision, before any promise to your client.

    What we decline.

    Three resorts in one week.
    The chalet never visited.
    The list of fashionable addresses.
A stay promised before seeing the dates, the group, the pace.
Looking down on a rocky cove of the Côte d'Azur, turquoise water and pale rocks.

Summer, the sea. Without lowering the standard.

Saint-Tropez, Cap d'Antibes, Monaco, the Lérins islands. A villa with its staff, a boat for the day, tables booked before the season. The same care as in the mountains, another light.

Talk about a summer on the Riviera

    Questions

Do you book chalets in Courchevel or Gstaad from Geneva?

Yes. We are in Geneva, an hour from the resorts. We propose chalets we have seen, chosen for their access, their quiet and their staff, and we settle the rest before you arrive: instructor, chef, driver, tables.

When should we decide for the February holidays?

In September. The good chalets go early and the best weeks even earlier. For summer in Saint-Tropez, villas and tables are decided in spring.

Do you work with agencies from the Gulf and Lebanon?

Yes. Many of our partners have clients who come to Courchevel, Gstaad, Saint-Tropez or Monaco. They keep their client, we are on the ground. File through the Pro Space, answer within 5 to 12 hours.

Do you also organise summer on the Riviera?

Yes. Villa with staff, boat for the day, tables booked before the season, Monaco in a day. Saint-Tropez, Cap d'Antibes, the Lérins islands.

Who is there during the stay?

One contact in Geneva, the same from the first exchange to the return, and a concierge partner on site in Saint-Tropez and Courchevel for the same-day unexpected.

How we shape it with you.
Four stages. The same for everyone.

    1. 01

      You write to us.

Who is travelling, when, how many, and what the journey should change. A few lines are enough.

    2. 02

      We ask the questions.

The pace, what matters, what tires you. Before any proposal.

    3. 03

      We design, then refine.

A thread built around places we have seen. Refined with you until it feels right.

    4. 04

      We see it through.

From arrival to return, one contact. Available during your stay, and afterwards.

Private traveller, business or travel house: the same path. Only the roles change.

Snow-covered chalets in Riederalp, windows glowing warm against the Alpine peaks under a deep blue night sky.

This is not an offer to book.

It is ground we know. We design it with you. Or we decline.
